Gareth Crossley (Blackbrook) read John Ch. 13 vs 1-17. His theme was identity, where we came from, who we are and where we are going. Jesus knew His identity, that He came from God the Father and was going back to God the Father but first He must die on a cross for our sin. We were created by God, our purpose is to love, worship and serve God, and if we believe on Jesus we will go home to be with him in heaven. The alternative is to be judged and not allowed to enter God's presence were there is love, joy and peace forevermore.
