GOSPEL MEETING 26/08/2012

Phillip Richardson from Harrogate read Mark 1 vs.14-18.
He referred to 5 points;
The Message.
1/ He preached despite adversity.
2/He preached the gospel of the Kingdom of God.

3/Repent.

The Effect.
4/The response.
5/Immediate action.
The Gospel is good news in relation to a battle that has been won, when we are saved we have a new ruler in our lives to whomn we are accountable and to whomn we are subject.

Repentance is not just feeling guilty and sorry but a deep consideration about our guilt before God and a complete turn around a change of allegiance.
We should repent and believe then that leads to forgiveness and a change of life, we were created to please God and the amazing thing is when we are saved we can live our lives to please God.
