Gospel Meeting 12/03/2017

Acts 3 vs.1-26.
1/ vs.1-3 The Man.
2/ vs.4-11 The Miracle.
3/ vs.12-26 The Message.

1/ He was about 40 years old and he had been lame from birth, he was weak and helpless.
Our sin makes us weak and helpless and it must be dealt with.
He was laid at the Temple daily.
God doesn't do things by deception but in reality.
Peter and John stood out from the crowd, do we as Christians?

2/The man walks, all the money in the world cannot treat sin. Only God can forgive sin through His Son Jesus Christ.
He walked immediately and praised God openly.
Jesus is the greatest among men, He never fails and is Holy.
We fail but God uses us through the Holy Spirit.

3/ a/ The audience
    b/ The accusations.
    c/ The acceptance or rejection.
John 3 vs.16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Acts 3 vs.13  The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
14  But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
15  And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

If we accept Jesus Christ and His message we will go to Heaven, if we reject Him we will go to Hell

Romans 6 vs.23  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Acts 3 vs.19  Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Jesus died to save sinners.
He is a friend that will never leave us or forsake us.
He affects our whole life, and our Eternity.
God doesn't want anyone to go to Hell thats why He sent His Son to die for us.
