GOSPEL MEETING 12/05/2013

Mr. Malcolm Neate from Leeds read Luke 15 vs.3-13 and 17-24.
He spoke about being lost.
The sheep wandered off  and needed a seeking shepherd.
The coin was lost without doing anything, we are born in sin and it needed the light of the Holy Spirit to be found.
The son deliberately was lost and had to acknowledge his sin and needed the grace of his father to lovingly welcome him back.
God can forgive all our sin, He smote His Son on the cross and He paid the price for our sin and bore the judgement of God.
The sheep was brought home on the shepherds shoulders.
The coin was grasped securely in her hand.
The son was hugged warmly by his father.
Best robe - new man.
Ring - new relationship.
Shoes - new walk.
Believers will forever be rejoicing in His presence.
Unbelievers will forever be lost in Hell.
