The Woman at the Well
Although the Jews had no dealings with the Samaritans Jesus spoke to her to her great surprise.
He loved her for who she was, He loves you and me.
His love is so great that He died for us so that we might be saved.
He was fully God and fully man but without sin.
He left His Fathers side to come to earth Emmanuel - God with us.
He came to Redeem us to shelter us from judgement as with the Passover we are sheltered by the blood.
God see's us He knows us and yet loves us and sent His Son to deal with our sin, He doesn't forget it He takes it away.
He died was buried and rose again on the third day, He then ascended.
Have we grown cold, come see a man.
If you are not saved you firstly need an awareness of your sin, you need to repent of your sin and put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus. Then you will be a child of God, bought with the precious blood of the Lord Jesus, He should be the master of your life.
